Empower Your Creative & Professional Journey

One of my favorite parts of working with our community is seeing the diverse ways you all approach your goals. Some of you are free-spirited creatives searching for focus, while others are structured professionals looking for a system to lean on. Many of you also dive into exciting new territories like AI and innovative "vibe coding". To support each of you better, I’ve created four new Google Doc guides tailored to different needs and personas. In this post, I’ll introduce each guide – what it’s for, who it’s for, and how to get the most out of it – so you can determine which one is right for you. These resources are delivered straight to your email (they won’t be linked publicly here), and they’re designed for you to use on your own whether or not we’re working 1:1 together.

Let’s get started!

Clarity for Creatives (Available via Care Portal)

Find Focus in Your Vision [Coming Soon]

Clarity for Creatives is all about helping you bring direction and structure to your creative ideas. If you’re someone brimming with inspiration – maybe an artist, designer, writer, or another kind of creator – but you sometimes feel overwhelmed or unsure how to start, this guide was made for you. In this guide, I walk you through exercises and prompts to clarify your goals and projects. Soon, this guide will be delivered as a digital journal for GoodNotes. It's your personal planning space, complete with agency resources, tutorials, and quick links to get inspired and organized. Imagine having a mini coaching session on paper, focused on getting those big ideas out of your head and into a workable plan. Here’s what you can expect from Clarity for Creatives:

  • Guided Brainstorming: Structured prompts help you unpack your ideas so you can see everything on the page. This is great for visualizing what you want to pursue and what to save for later.

  • Prioritization Frameworks: The guide includes simple frameworks to rank or group your ideas. You’ll figure out which creative project or direction most aligns with your passion and your audience or market so you know where to focus first.

  • Action Planning: Once your vision is clear, the document helps you break it down into manageable steps. You’ll outline actionable tasks or milestones, turning that big creative vision into a roadmap you can follow.

How to use it: Set aside some quiet time and open the Clarity for Creatives doc (premium subscribers will have this in their inbox). You might start by free-writing your ideas in the spaces provided, then use the checklists and tables in the guide to organize your thoughts. Don’t rush – clarity comes from reflection. We encourage clients to make a personal copy of the Google Doc so they can edit and fill it out digitally, but you can print it and write notes by hand if it helps you think. The key is to be honest and imaginative in your responses. This guide is your safe space to articulate your vision without judgment.

And remember, you don’t need to be in a one-on-one program with me to benefit from this. I designed Clarity for Creatives so anyone can pick it up and walk themselves through the process I use in coaching sessions. Whether you’re planning a new art portfolio, a blog, a product, or just trying to define your creative career path, this document will give you a clearer direction. By the end, you should have a focused goal and a short list of next steps to get moving immediately.

🌱 Tech Tip: Revisit this guide anytime you feel lost or have new ideas swirling – it’s reusable whenever you need a clarity boost.

Problem Solve Confidently (Available via Care Portal)

Streamline Your Success [Available Now]

If you’re the type of person who thrives on organization, efficiency, and clear processes, Problem Solve Confidently will likely be your go-to guide. This guide lives inside Milanote, where you’ll find templates, links to AI tools, and Google Docs containing resources —everything you need to solve problems with style and confidence. I created this for those of you who love structure or need structure to manage your work. You could be a small business owner, a freelancer in a non-creative industry, a tech professional, or anyone who feels more confident when there’s a plan in place and a method to follow.

Systems for Professionals is essentially a toolkit for auditing, organizing, and improving the way you work. Where Clarity for Creatives is about ideation, this guide is about implementation and optimization. Here’s what’s inside:

  • Workflow Checklists: The guide provides checklists to review your current workflows (for example, how you handle client inquiries, how you manage projects, or how you organize your digital files). This helps you identify anything that’s falling through the cracks or causing friction in your day-to-day operations.

  • Template Processes: I’ve included a few repeatable process templates – think standard operating procedures (SOPs) and scheduling frameworks. You can copy these and customize them for your business. For instance, there’s a template for a weekly planning routine and one for a client onboarding process.

  • Systems Optimization Tips: You’ll find tips and best practices for streamlining common tasks. Whether it’s automating a routine email, using a project management tool more effectively, or creating a template for reports, the guide highlights small changes that make a big difference in efficiency.

How to use it: When you open the Systems for Professionals doc (check your email if you’re a subscriber!), start with a specific area you want to improve. You might choose “email management” or “project tracking” – whatever feels most pressing. Follow the guide’s checklist for that area to assess your current method. Then, try implementing one of the suggested systems or templates. For example, you can take the provided SOP template, fill in the details of how you want things done, and voila – you have a documented process you can follow (and share with your team, if you have one). Go section by section; you don’t have to overhaul everything at once.

The beauty of Systems for Professionals is that you can use it at your own pace. Even without a one-on-one consultation, you’ll get a taste of my systematic approach to problem-solving and organization. It’s like having me as your operations coach, guiding you to tighten up your workflow. Over time, you can revisit the guide to tackle different areas of your work. Every time you refine a process, you’re freeing up mental space and time to focus on what really matters in your business.

🎯 Remember: Small system improvements compound into big gains in productivity and stress relief.

The AI Research Challenge (Available via Community)

Dive Into AI with Guidance and Curiosity [Available Now]

Artificial Intelligence is a rapidly evolving field, and it can feel daunting to keep up – but it’s also an area full of opportunity for creative and analytical minds alike. That’s why I’ve launched The AI Research Challenge, complete with a detailed guide to lead you through it. This one is for anyone in our community who is intrigued by AI and wants to dive deeper in a structured, engaging way. You don’t need to be a data scientist or a programmer to join in – all you need is curiosity and a willingness to learn by doing. In fact, a lot of creative and strategic thinkers have found value in this challenge, each approaching it from their own angle (the creative folks experiment with AI in art or content, while the pros examine how AI can streamline their work).

What is the AI Research Challenge? It’s a guided, self-paced challenge outlined in a Google Doc that I send to premium subscribers. The challenge is designed to simulate a research project where you pick an AI-related topic or goal and explore it over a set period (for example, 4 weeks). The guide breaks the journey into manageable parts so you’re never overwhelmed. Here’s a glimpse of what it includes:

  • Weekly Themes & Tasks: The challenge is divided into weeks (or units), each with a theme. For example, Week 1 might be learning fundamentals (getting familiar with key AI concepts or tools), Week 2 might involve a small experiment or project (like trying out a publicly available AI tool or writing prompts for a language model), and so on. Each week’s section in the guide gives you specific tasks and questions to explore.

  • Resource Recommendations: I’ve added links and references to accessible resources – such as beginner-friendly articles, free online courses, or tutorials – to help you learn the concepts needed for each stage of the challenge. Instead of scouring the internet not knowing what’s credible, you can follow the curated list to build your knowledge confidently.

  • Reflection and Application: Throughout the challenge, the guide asks you to reflect on what you’re learning and think about how it applies to your own goals or projects. There are journal prompts and spaces to jot down insights. By the end, you won’t just have theoretical knowledge – you’ll have practical takeaways on how AI could play a role in your personal or professional life (anything from automating a task in your workflow to inspiring a new creative project).

How to use it: Start by identifying an AI topic or project you’re excited (or at least curious) about. It could be something like “exploring how AI can help generate original artwork” or “learning how machine learning could improve customer service in my business.” The guide will prompt you to define a simple research question or goal based on your interest. Once you have that, you’ll follow the week-by-week instructions. I recommend dedicating a small block of time each week (for example, an hour or two) to go through the tasks. Treat it like a fun class you’ve enrolled in, except it’s entirely self-directed and flexible.

As you proceed, take notes in the document (again, make a personal copy to edit, or keep a separate journal – whatever suits you). If you hit a snag or something really fascinates you, the guide often suggests optional “deep dive” ideas or ways to get feedback (for example, I might suggest sharing a question in our community chat or sending me an email update – I love hearing what you discover!). By completing the AI Research Challenge, you should feel more confident about the AI topic you explored and have something tangible to show for it, such as a summary of findings, a prototype, or a new skill. And who knows, this might spark a new project or career direction for you.

🚀 Tech Tip: Even if we’re not in a one-on-one coaching relationship, you’re fully supported through this challenge via the guide and our newsletter community (available on web and mobile). There are hundreds of partners with you on this journey together!

The Vibe Coder’s Vault (Available via Care Portal)

Unlocking Creative Tech Magic [Coming Soon]

Last but certainly not least, I’m thrilled to share The Vibe Coder’s Vault. The name might sound quirky, but in a nutshell, this guide is a treasure trove of resources for the tech-savvy creatives and the creatively inclined techies among us. If you find yourself building websites, apps, or digital experiences – especially with the help of AI or a strong sense of personal style – you’re what I affectionately call a “vibe coder.” Vibe coders blend logic with creativity; you might be coding a project, but you’re also concerned with the feel and impact, not just the functionality. This vault is here to support that unique blend. If you need support confirming the quality of your code or configuring workflows, we're happy to help.

What’s inside the Vault? It’s a living collection of tips, tools, and insights that I’ve compiled from my journey in web design, development, and playing with AI tech. Unlike the other guides, which are more step-by-step, the Vibe Coder’s Vault is organized more like a reference document or playbook you can dip into whenever you need. Here are some highlights of what you’ll find:

  • Curated Tools & Platforms: I list out some of my favorite platforms for creative coding and AI-assisted development. For example, there are notes on design tools that incorporate AI (think generative design apps), code libraries for visual effects on the web, and even project management tools that help keep a solo developer/creator on track. Each tool has a short description of why I find it useful and how you might use it in your projects.

  • Code Snippets & Templates: The Vault includes a handful of ready-to-use code snippets and templates for everyday things a vibe coder might need. Want to add a simple interactive gallery to your portfolio site? There’s a snippet for that. Looking to set up a basic workflow to test an AI model with your data? I’ve outlined a template process for that, too. These are meant to save you time and give you a starting point so you’re not reinventing the wheel.

  • Best Practices & Gotchas: Sprinkled throughout the document are little callout boxes with “Sabrina’s Tips.” These cover best practices (like how to keep your website accessible even when adding fancy features or how to document your code so future-you isn’t confused) and common pitfalls to avoid. I’ve basically brain-dumped lessons learned from 12+ years in web design and IT so you can learn from my mistakes and successes.

How to use it: Think of the Vibe Coder’s Vault as your on-demand mentor/assistant. You don’t need to read it cover to cover (though feel free if you’re just nerding out!). Instead, keep it handy for when you’re working on something and need inspiration or a solution. For instance, if you’re building a new landing page for your project and want to spice it up, jump to the “Design Tools” section to discover an AI tool that can help generate color schemes or images that match your vibe. Or if you’re stuck on how to structure your project code, check the “Templates” section for some architecture ideas.

Because this is a Google Doc, you can search within it (Ctrl/Cmd + F) by keyword – use it to quickly find if I’ve mentioned, say, “SEO” or “animation” or “Python.” I encourage you to make a personal copy of the Vault doc too, so that you can add your own notes. You can treat it as a living document for your learning. Don’t be afraid to experiment with what you find in the Vault. The whole idea is to empower you to try new things in a supportive way. Even if you’re not a coder by trade, if you’re interested in tech and have a creative project in mind, this guide will lower the barrier to getting started. It’s all about embracing the tinkerer’s mindset – learning by playing.

🤖🎨 Tech Tip:  Even if you’re not a coder by trade, if you’re interested in tech and have a creative project in mind, this guide will lower the barrier to getting started. It’s all about embracing the tinkerer’s mindset – learning by playing.

Which Guide Is Right for You?

By now, you might have a hunch about which guide (or guides) fit your needs. In case you’re still not sure, here’s a quick way to decide where to start:

  • “I have so many ideas, but I need direction.” If this is you, go with Clarity for Creatives. It will help you choose an idea and flesh it out with confidence.

  • “I know what I’m doing, but I need to get organized and efficient.” If you’re saying this, Systems for Professionals is your best bet. You’ll get those much-needed processes and routines in place.

  • “I’m curious about AI and want to learn by doing a project.” Sounds like you’re ready for The AI Research Challenge. Dive in here to expand your skills in a structured yet flexible way.

  • “I build things (or want to) and love the mix of tech and creativity.” If that resonates, The Vibe Coder’s Vault will be a goldmine for you – perfect for sparking new ideas and solving tech problems creatively.

Of course, you might see yourself in more than one of these descriptions – and that’s okay! These guides are complementary. For example, you might start with Clarity for Creatives to decide on a project, then use Systems for Professionals to organize your workflow around that project. If your project involves AI or coding, you’ll naturally tap into the AI Research Challenge or Vibe Coder’s Vault as well. Feel free to mix and match; you’re not limited to just one. The goal is to give you the right support at the right time.
